Subscriptions:

Subscriptions are £6 each month by standing order or £80 per year by cheque. Players who wish to pay per concert are expected to contribute £20 for each concert.

Notes:

1. If you are unemployed, retired or a student, subs are due at half rate.
2. If for a particular concert you don’t play in the whole programme, the rate is reduced accordingly
3. If you choose to pay by standing order but then leave the orchestra, it is your responsibility to cancel the standing order. Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.

How do I pay?

You can pay by:

• Cash; or
• Cheque (to “Music Illuminated”); or
• By making an electronic transfer to Music Illuminated R/C (sort code 089299, account 65050778). Remember to include your name in the “Reference” field so that we know whom the payment is from.

Music Illuminated is a registered charity and we are able to reclaim income tax paid on subscription donations. If you are a UK tax payer please can you complete a GiftAid declaration (download PDF file) and hand it to our Treasurer (Colin Foan). The Parish Church of St Anne, Kew Green, Richmond  TW9 3AA.
Nearest tube: Kew Gardens (District Line and North London Link) ½ mile walk or take 391 bus.
Nearest mainline station: Kew Bridge ½ mile walk or take 65 or 391 bus.
By Car – St Anne’s on the left as you approach Kew Bridge from the south. There is usually parking available on Kew Green, either to the W or E of Kew Road.
