Rehearsal schedule 2010/2011

Download the Orchestra Rehearsal Schedule (PDF file)

Subscriptions:
None of us like paying subs. But unless all of us contribute, the orchestra will have no future. The rates for 2009/10 are £80 for the season (or, if less, £20 per concert). For regular players, we are introducing a special rate of £6 per month if paid by standing order (see below for bank details).
Notes:
1. If you are unemployed, retired or a student, subs are due at half rate.
2. If for a particular concert you don’t play in the whole programme, the rate is reduced accordingly
3. If you choose to pay by standing order but then leave the orchestra, it is your responsibility to cancel the standing order. Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
How do I pay?
You can pay by:
Cash; or cheque (to ‘Music Illuminated’); or by making an electronic transfer to Music Illuminated R/C (sort code 089299, account 65050778). Remember to include your name in the ‘Reference’ field so that we know who the payment is from.
By Debit/Credit card via the Charity Choice website: https://www.charitychoice.co.uk/
donation.asp?ref=155346

(If you are a UK tax payer, please tick the GiftAid boxes so the orchestra can reclaim the tax. Music Illuminated is a registered charity and we are able to reclaim income tax paid on subscription donations. If you are a UK tax payer please can you complete the GiftAid declarations and hand it to our Treasurer (Colin Foan)
